Randon McNeil, Category Manager for Ice Cream, Frozen Treats, and Frozen Food, 7-Eleven

Randon has a passion for innovative retail merchandising and a strong focus for driving category growth and profitability. His business experience spans more than 8 years at Speedway & 7-Eleven in a variety of roles such as planogram analyst, merchandise sales analyst, Non-Alc Beverage Category Manager, and Candy Category Manager.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration on marketing from Tiffin University.

Randon resides in Springfield, OH with his wife Jessica and two daughters Rosie (2) and Annie (5mo) and his favorite ice cream flavor is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
